Use of this site and the purchase of any BioPepCems product is restricted to qualified researchers who are at least 21 years of age. By accessing the site, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
You also confirm that your intended use of any product purchased is for laboratory and in vitro research only, and not for human consumption, veterinary application, or any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic purpose.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts where we have reason to believe that the buyer does not meet these eligibility requirements.

Research Use Only
All products sold by BioPepCems are sold strictly for laboratory research and in vitro applications. Products are not approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration for any clinical purpose, are not intended for human or veterinary use, and are not sold as supplements, treatments, or wellness products.
By placing an order you acknowledge that you understand this designation, that you accept full responsibility for handling the products in accordance with applicable research safety standards, and that you will not use, resell, or represent the products in any manner inconsistent with the Research-Use-Only framework.
Important
Misuse of research-use products outside the laboratory and in vitro context is your sole responsibility. BioPepCems disclaims all liability for any use of its products outside this framework.

Account Registration
You may use the site as a guest, but creating an account allows you to track orders, save shipping details, and access historical Certificates of Analysis. When you create an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Keep your login credentials confidential and secure
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your credentials
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, that contain false information, or that are used to attempt to circumvent our compliance posture.

Orders, Pricing, and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance by BioPepCems. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for reasons of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or eligibility concerns. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the full amount will be refunded.
Prices listed on the site are in United States dollars and are subject to change without notice. Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated at checkout based on the destination state.
Payment is processed at the time of order through our secure, encrypted payment processor. We accept major credit and debit cards. We do not store full card numbers or CVV codes on our servers.
Order modifications
Orders can be cancelled or modified within two hours of placement, before they enter the fulfillment queue. After fulfillment begins, orders cannot be changed. Contact our team immediately if you need to make a change.

Shipping
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary, all orders ship in plain unmarked packaging within one to two business days of payment confirmation, with tracking provided by email. Currently we ship within the United States only.
Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Due to the research-use nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened or unsealed compounds. Damaged shipments and documentation issues are addressed promptly when reported within seven days of delivery.

Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, product photography, the BioPepCems wordmark and brand identity, and the underlying code and design, is the property of BioPepCems or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may view, download, and print site content for your personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not modify, redistribute, or republish the content without our prior written consent. Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Conduct
When using the site, you agree that you will not:
- Misrepresent your age, identity, or research purpose
- Use products outside the Research-Use-Only framework
- Resell BioPepCems products without prior written authorization
- Attempt to access, scrape, or interfere with non-public areas of the site

Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your account, refusal of future orders, and legal action where appropriate.

The site and all products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BioPepCems disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. We do not warrant that any specific result will be obtained from research use of our products. Independent third-party Certificates of Analysis verify purity at the batch level. They do not constitute a guarantee of research outcomes.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BioPepCems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the site or any product purchased through it.
In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you, regardless of the cause of action, exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree that any claim must be brought in your individual capacity and not as part of a class action or representative proceeding.
